For this service, we’ll meet 1 to 1.5 years prior to help you with the initial design, put together a budget, and expertly source and vet top-tier vendors. We’ll also manage these vendors and keep everything on a personalized planning schedule. The best part? You can count on us for recommendations and constant communication on your behalf. This service allows you to enjoy the process and the day itself without being bogged down by logistics and details so you can focus on the most important thing—celebrating your love with your family and friends!
2. Partial Planning and Coordination
Perhaps you’ve already taken care of some of the major elements of your wedding, like booking the venue, florist, band/DJ, and photographer, but you’re still in need of some guidance and assistance. Our partial planning package is here to help
In this package, we’ll meet about 8 months prior and you’ll receive help in sourcing and securing up to three more vendors, which can be a lifesaver when you’re looking for that perfect baker, makeup artist, or transportation service. We step in to handle the finer details, ensuring everything comes together flawlessly. And when your special day arrives, you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing that an experienced planner is overseeing everything from start to finish!
3. Day Of Management
You’ve done the heavy lifting, but you want to make sure everything runs smoother than a Kardashian’s hair extension. Our day-of coordination package is your insurance policy for a stress-free celebration.
With this service, we’ll meet 6 weeks prior so you can breathe easily during the final weeks of planning. 4. Power-Planning Session
For newly-engaged couples at the start of their wedding planning journey, our power-planning session is an invaluable resource. It’s like a wedding planning boot camp designed to set you off on the right foot.
