Our full-service wedding planning and coordination package is for you if you have the fiancé, the venue, and that's about it.

You need help with initial design, putting together a budget, sourcing, vetting and managing vendors, and staying on a personalized planning schedule. You want us to make recommendations and communicate on your behalf, and you love the idea of having an expert soundboard throughout the entire process! 

Partial Planning
and Coordination

Begins 8 months prior

Our partial wedding planning and coordination package is for you if you have the big vendors booked like venue, florist, band/DJ, and photographer, but need us to help source and secure up to 3 more. 


You want assistance with and guidance on the finer details like ceremony structure, as well as blending everything together into a weekend timeline. On the wedding day, you want someone you trust in charge so you can relax and have fun!

Day-Of Management

Begins 6 weeks prior

Our day-of wedding coordination package is for you if you have everything booked and want someone you trust to make sure you get to enjoy your day worry-free, knowing all of the details are taken care of!


You want someone to step in during the final weeks of planning to wrap up communication with vendors, put together a cohesive timeline, and be there to style, bustle and direct the day!

Power-Planning Session

The beginning of your wedding planning process is a critical time. This 2-hour, virtual session is invaluable for newly-engaged couples at the start of their planning journey to get you started off on the right foot!

KICKS OFF THE PLANNING PROCESS

Power-planning is a lot like wedding planning bootcamp. You'll fill out a detailed questionnaire in advance and leave the session with a budget estimate, overall design vision, a vendor guide, a monthly planning checklist and all your questions, answered! It's a great engagement gift idea too (trust us they don't want another set of Mr. & Mrs. champagne flutes).

We take a unique and transparent approach to pricing. We charge you up front for our design fee and then you are billed at cost for flowers and floral supplies. Because of this, on average our clients spend 30-50% less on their florals than if they used an outside florist. 

We only take on a select number of floral design clients a year.
