The Co-Creator is built for clients who want to stay hands-on and in the driver’s seat — but still want expert backup. You’ll kick things off with full access to our planning portal, including personalized checklists, timeline templates, guest list tools, and budget trackers — everything you need to stay organized from day one. Whether your event is six months away or sixteen, you’ll have the structure to hit the ground running.

We’ll start with a strategic onboarding call to align on your priorities, planning pace, and overall vibe. From there, you’ll lead the early decisions and communication — with the clarity of a solid plan and a trusted team ready to step in when the time is right.

When go-time hits (around three months out), we step in fully to finalize the moving parts — from vendor confirmations to layouts, timelines, and logistics. You’ll also have access to real-time messaging, so you can check in with a quick question, a “does this look right?” moment, or a “HELP — what would you do?” and know we’re right there with you. On the big day, we’re behind the scenes managing every detail — so you can stay fully present, polished, and out of problem-solving mode.

Most of our Co-Creator clients invest between $10,000–$12,000 for planning services. Every proposal is customized based on your event’s size, timing, and complexity — giving you support where you need it, and flexibility where you don’t.
