You’ll get full access to our planning portal from day one, including personalized checklists, timeline templates, guest list tools, and budget trackers — everything you need to stay organized and in control. Whether your event is six months away or sixteen, you’ll have the structure to move things forward with confidence — and expert backup when you need it.

We start with a strategic onboarding call to align on your pace, priorities, and planning style. From there, you’ll lead early outreach and decisions using our clear roadmap. You’ll also have access to real-time messaging for quick check-ins, vendor feedback, or a simple “what would you do?” moment.

Around three months out, we get more involved — confirming logistics, creating your day-of timeline, and getting all vendors aligned. On the big day, we’re there managing every detail — so you can be fully present and completely out of problem-solving mode.

Most Co-Creator clients invest between $10,000–$12,000 for planning services. Every proposal is customized to your event’s size, timing, and complexity — giving you support where you need it, and flexibility where you don’t.
